Mars Tech offers the following Returns Policy:

We provide a 30 days money back guarantee. EXCEPT CONSUMER ELECTRONICS AND VIDEO TRANSFER.

30 days money back guarantee does not apply to special orders, dealer prices, shipping charge and return freight.

There is 20% restocking fee for reseller/dealer's return.

All returned items must include original packaging and accessories. Minimum 20% restocking fee will apply if fail to do so.

RMA number required for all returns.

Returns for credit must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. No credits after 30 days.

The shipping charge is non-refundable.

Opened software packages are non-refundable.

All customer specials items are non-refundable.

We provide a one year parts & labor warranty. Damages due to negligence, abuse, or misuse are not covered by warranty.
